traduzione titolo
-
-

The Building and Its Relationship with the Landscape
The building, compact and characterized by an essential geometry, develops in continuity with the terrain, fostering a synergistic relationship between interior and exterior. The design emphasizes a series of “rooms in the landscape”, conceived as natural climatic regulators, which integrate seamlessly with the surrounding environment and vineyards, becoming a harmonious extension of the natural context.
Functional Layout of the Site
The site is divided into three main sections:
-
Existing School: Retains its functionality with optimized access points.
-
New School Building: Designed with a flexible and centralized layout.
-
Green and Sports Area: Includes equipped outdoor spaces and connections to educational pathways.
At the intersection of these sections lies the piazza-agorà, the core of the project and the convergence point for the main entrances, both from the road and the internal functions. This configuration allows for the compartmentalization of spaces, ensuring independent use based on schedules and activities.
Access and Circulation
-
East Access: Inspired by the pergola of the Versoaln vine, this access serves as the endpoint of a covered connection linking all functional spaces:
-
Schools.
-
Outdoor areas.
-
Sports field. This element creates a unified compositional frontage, incorporating the main pathways and facilitating integration between educational activities and open spaces.
-
-
West Access: Functions as the entrance to the new school and a protected pathway for the kindergarten, culminating in gardens dedicated to young children.
Internal Organization
